A Supreme Court Judge allows a civil suit filled by Judy Huth against Bill Cosby to move forward next month where Cosby may have answer questions under oath. Huth claims she was drugged without her knowing and sexually assaulted by Cosby when she was just 15 years old. The statue of limitations could be lifted. Cosby's attorney says Cosby denies these allegations and that the statements he made in an affidavit about how he offered drugs to women to have sex with them is not a crime if they accept the drugs.
