This graphic video shows a mother saving her son as she is crushed to death by a elevator. Employees knew that the platform was unstable for only 5 minutes but did not shut it down. You can see the employees in the video watch the whole accident, they help to save the boy, but couldn't save the mom. It took 4 hours to find the mother as maintenance crews dismantled the elevator.
