Canadians needed help with their pipeline, they donated money to the Clinton Foundation and they got their help. The Russians wanted our uranium, they donated money and got their uranium. The rules that apply to everyone else do not apply to the Clintons. Shouldn't donations for a U.S. Presidential Campaign only be accepted by people of the U.S.?

White Cop Killing a Black Man May Get Off With Manslaughter Instead of Murder
New video released on the murder of black male Walter Scott by North Carolina white officer Michael Slager. The police car video films the stop for broken brake lights in which officer Slager asks for license and registration blah, blah, blah the officer then goes to his police vehicle to run his license and then Mr. Scott gets out of his vehicle and runs. An eye witness speaks out and says there was a tussle between Walter Scott and Michael Slager. Now, in this case the question will be asked does this "tussle" justify the killing of Mr. Scott? In absolute reality the eye witnesses talk of a tussle could get officer Slager off with manslaughter instead of murder; due to the fact that they will probably call it a act of passion.

First Day Of Deliberations
Today is the first day of deliberation in the Tsarnaev case and it's not a case of who done it but a case of should he receive the death penalty or not. There is no death penalty in Boston but since this case reaches the federal level Tsarnaev can receive the death penalty. All it takes is for one person on the jury to disagree with the death penalty in order for Tsarnaev to not receive it. And since the defense painted Dzhokhar as the follower of his brother doubts from the jury could arise.

Rolling Stone
Columbia school of journalism basically accused a journalist for Rolling Stone Magazine of incomplete story full of un-truths in the case of a rape victim at the University of Virginia. There were many holes in the story which forced Rolling Stone to retract the story. The question is what happens now? The fraternity of the defendant is now seeking legal action against Rolling Stone for deformation of character and I think Rolling Stone must settle because why would you retract the story only to fight them in court? The other question you must ask is what happens when another college rape case arises? Will the alleged victim(s) be discredited because of the un-truths of this story?

Nuclear Deal With Iran
The proposed nuclear deal with Iran is supposed to allow the U.S.A. to be able to inspect Iran's nuclear facilities. If we see something we don't like and raises concerns we would then have the opportunity and right to go to the IAEA and investigate. The purpose of this new deal according to the democratic party is to prevent Iran from getting nuclear weapons. If this deal doesn't go through we can implement more sanctions which will in turn cause Iran to create even more weapons without our overseeing. Or we can go to war with Iran which will encourage them to build a nuclear weapon. The republican party are not in agreement with this proposed deal, which makes it very difficult to pass the new deal without the support of Congress.
